Aggregating grain
Article Abstract:
Grain retailers are adopting the 'dirt to dinner' concept of growers, which essentially assures that the grains have a waiting buyer before they are ever delivered to the local elevator. The aggregating trend for grains represents a fundamental shift in the thinking of most growers since historically, gorwerse have been more concerned with focusing on teh quantity of products they deliver. The current trend has many rain processors demanding for better quality per bushel products for which they are willing to pay a premium.
