Quantitative SAXS analysis of the P123/water/ethanol ternary diagram
Article Abstract:
The ternary phase diagram of the P123 block copolymer mixed with water and ethanol, for ethanol mass fractions less than 25%, is constructed by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Along the binary axis (P123/water), the [L.sub.alpha] -->[H.sub.1] -->[I.sub.1] (mixture of Fm3m and P[6.sub.3]mmc phases) --> [L.sub.1] sequence of phases is observed when the copolymer concentration decreases.

Decomposition and aromatization of ethanol on ZSM-based catalysts
Article Abstract:
An investigation on the adsorption, desorption, and reactions of ethanol is conducted on pure and promoted ZSM-5 catalysts. FTIR spectroscopy indicated the formation of a strongly bonded ethoxy species on ZSM-5(80) at 300 K.
