Molecule- metal polarization at rectifying GaAs interfaces
Article Abstract:
The effect on the barrier height of insertion of a 1nm thick molecular layer into a solid, inorganic interface is studied. The results show that not only the molecule's electronic and electrical properties but also the way the metals contact the molecules as well as the doping type of semiconductor can determine the direction of the molecular effect.

Cosurfactant impact on probe molecule in reverse micelles
Article Abstract:
A wide variety of probe molecules is used to characterize the environment found within reverse micelles. Implications of the results for the interpretation of spectroscopy of probe molecules in confined media are discussed.
