Thermal properties of metastable ice XII
Article Abstract:
A study of ice XII samples containing varying amounts of high-density amorphous water (HDA) characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction is reported. The comparison of exothermic heat effects on phase transition to cubic ice (ice Ic) demonstrates that ice XII is metastable with respect to ice V in the investigated temperature range.

Raman spectroscopic study on hydrogen bonding in recovered ice IV
Article Abstract:
High-density (HDA) amorphous ice was heated to prepare ice IV in a reproductible manner. This enabled to measure the development of peak-positions and phase transition from ice IV to ice I.
