Identifying framework titanium in TS-1 zeolite by UV resonance Raman spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
3 resonance enhanced Raman bands at 490, 530 and 1125 cm(super-1) are observed exclusively for Ti-silicate (TS-1) zeolite in the UV resonance Raman spectra. The framework titanium in TS-1 is successfully identified by the UV resonance Raman spectroscopy.

Phase transformation in the surface region of zirconia detected by UV Raman Spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
The phase transformation of zirconia (ZrO2) using ultraviolet Raman spectroscopy (UVRS) together with visible Raman spectroscopy and XRD is studied. The results of UVRS, visible Raman spectroscopy, and XRD suggest that the phase transformation of ZrO2 from tetragonal to monoclinic takes place initially at the surface regions of ZrO2 particle.
