Comparative QSAR: radical reactions of benzene derivatives in chemistry and biology
Article Abstract:
Analysis of quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) can describe the effects of organic compounds in biological systems. The comparison of QSARs in organic chemistry and those based on biological experiments can provide important predictive data for use in the development of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and other agents. QSAR analysis of reactants in benzene and other solvents can identify toxic potentials.
