Brother offers digital multiple-function machines that raise office productivity

Brother International has developed different models of multiple-function digital facsimile machines to help enhance office productivity and satisfy the sophisticated demands of the market. These include the MFC-9100C, which is a six-in-one, multi-functional machine which can be used as a plain paper fax, color printer, color flatbed copier, color flatbed scanner, color video capture and color personal computer fax. Other multi- functional fax offerings include the MFC-8300, MFC-9600, DCP-1200 and IntelliFAX-5750.

Brother Industries Ltd's MFC-4350, MFC-7150c and IntelliFAX 3750 laser fax machines indicate the company's response to market demand for multi- function machines and laser output technology. With the capability to store as many as 300 pages for paperless reception, the IntelliFAX model features a Super G3 33.6Kbps fax modem. The MFC-4350 model features a 14.4Kbps fax modem, while the MFC-7150c model can deliver up to 4ppm in color and 6ppm in monochrome.

Teco Image Systems Company Ltd highlighted its latest line of fax machines at CeBIT '99 in Hannover, Germany, from Mar 18, 1999 to Mar 24, 1999. The company's UA3410 Plus, the latest incarnation of its UA3410 plain paper fax machine, is capable of serving as a copier, a scanner, a printer and a conventional fax machine. Teco's UA3520 plain paper fax machine uses laser technology and has a 1MB memory that can accommodate as much as 60 pages.
