Canon mounts marketing offensive for digital copiers in Europe

Canon Inc, through Canon Europe, is developing its marketing efforts in Europe, marked by the launching of four digital copiers at CeBIT 99 in spring 1999 in Hanover, Germany. The company, which is poised to launch a full line of digital copiers in Europe, anticipates the copier market in the region will improve 4% to 5% in 1999. Amsterdam, the Netherlands-based Canon Europe has sales network across Europe, including Scandinavia.
