BayStone targets implementation pricing
Article Abstract:
BayStone Software has introduced its BayCenter 3.0 customer interaction software which builds upon BayStone's fixed-fee implementation strategy. The software is an improvement over version 1.0, which was released in 1996, in that version 3.0 allows more accurate predictions regarding the price and duration of an implementation. Version 3.0 includes the Dynamic Adaptability Engine, a server extension that supports programming-free customization of applications or systems.
