Article Abstract:
Today's educational system is resistant to the rapid technological changes in our society. Changes in the process should occur from the primary to post-secondary levels. It is suggested the educational system be expanded to become more flexible and offer variety to meet individual needs. This concept of life-long learning encompasses the development of where and how to retrain.

Article Abstract:
Early concepts of relationships with others are formed in childhood and may result in double standards for men and women. Since 1960, long-term employment has opened career paths for women and increased competition with males. Men's unwillingness to discard stereotyped roles is responsible for continued lack of equal roles for women.
