Oracle releases OLA 2.0 on-line service
Article Abstract:
Oracle has released the second version of its Oracle Learning Architecture (OLA) Online Service. OLA is Oracle's Internet-based training delivery service. The company decided to focus on improving the service interface and functionality in the latest version of OLA. The search engine has also been improved as well as management features, for the benefit of internal IT training managers who use OLA for organization-wide training. Other features of OLA 2.0 are enhanced reporting capability, individual student IDs and better student-to-student communications.

McAfee introduces Saber LAN workstation 6.02

McAfee Associates Inc of Santa Clara, CA, has launched its new Saber LAN Workstation 6.02 integration management software package. The product combines metering, inventort, software distribution, menuing and reporting. The latest version supports the ability to meter all applications from a single centralized Saber LAN Workstation Console. It also includes the ability to perform multi-server reporting across both NT and NetWare systems.
