Sharp Corp's RW-A270 mobile computer features the reflection-format Super Mobile TFT color LCD that channels external light to the screen for bright, clear displays outdoors. Utilizing Sharp's Shoin IME for Pen OCR software for accurate character recognition of Roman and Japanese script, the product has a front light that improves visibility in darkened places. Sharp's RW-A270 also features a 166MHz Pentium MMX processor, a 3.2GB hard disc drive and a built-in monaural speaker system, among others.
