CAN - SPAM's effect on viral marketing
Article Abstract:
The viral marketing is a system whereby a customer is encouraged to sale the products among his contacts and for this the company may offer incentives to the customers who are promoting their products. The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 which came into effect on January 2004 may affect the viral marketing with its new ruling on the sender's information regulations.
