The vast potentials that the manufactured housing industry holds can only be realized if builders will realize the importance of, and adopt, complete customer service. All the benefits that the growing industry has to offer can be reaped only by the builders who know better than to refuse providing complete housing services to the full spectrum of homeowners. The builder should act as a general contractor as surveys have proven the significant correlation between services provided and customer satisfaction.
