Developing an identity leads to greater sales for Phoenix builder
Article Abstract:
Phoenix, AZ, builder Saddleback Homes has developed a marketing strategy that would enable the company to gain a greater market share of Phoenix's new buyers. The company's thrust focuses on the provision of quality homes at affordable prices in choice locations. The deliberate use of the company name in all of Saddleback's communities serves three purposes. It gives the company more advertising, it emphasizes Saddleback's focus on location and it enables the company to attract buyers who can afford to buy master planned houses. Vintage Pennsylvania farmhouse adds space for modern entertaining
Article Abstract:
R.C. Legnini Building Contractors' remodelling project in Chester County, PA, featured a design which reflected the traditional style of the original house and its surroundings. The two additional rooms, which consisted of the billiard room and the library, formed identical extensions along the rear elevation. Solutions Inc, the project's architect, designed the new spaces to echo motiffs which were found in other parts of the house. Thus, the design features similar stone work used in the original elevation and dark wood floors which were used in other rooms.
