Article Abstract:
The HUD Code manufactured homes do not only depreciate but they also have the potential to appreciate. These depend on several factors affecting the industry such as the local economy, the installation and location of the homes, and the age, design and size of the homes. The reason for this to be emphasized is the notion that the value of manufactured housing always declines and the industry's stereotyped estimation of the value of manufactured housing.

Most retailers can benefit from possible income earnings generated by home sales, homesites, and on-site commercial building rents, and brokerage fees, mortgage reduction, a variety of exit measures including outright sale, contract sale and lease, and improved cash flow before taxes.
