Judge sends paint companies into mediation

The consumer lawsuit filed on Dolphinite Inc., Clean Seas Co. and Suntec Paint Inc. claimed the paints caused excessive and abnormal marine growth on the boats. The case caused Dolphinite, paint manufacturer, to sue the other two companies for distributing paints received in damaged condition.
