'Lemon law' advocates squeezed in two states
Article Abstract:
Lemon laws give consumers a right to get new automobiles or entire refund from manufacturer in case they face recurring problems on the new automobiles purchased by them. Boat related lemon laws in Maryland and Missouri have not been passed. However, Pennsylvania is likely to pass some regulations that will put boats on par with automobiles. The implications of the proposed law are discussed.
