Medici turns data into single package

Medici Technology Inc. developed the new Medici data system that can incorporate all kinds of information into one package which can be used by nontechnical users. The company will be marketing the product to small businesses who are usually focused on traditional direct marketing. The system, which will contain geographic, competitive, and customer data, will be dependent on data content for its ability to stay flexible. System developers are currently eyeing small businesses which lack large database marketing systems.

Delano promises big productivity gains

Delano Technology Corp of has released its e-Business Interaction Suite software in May 1999. The software is a collection of components used to build mail and Web-based applications that interact with existing databases, directories and communicating devices. The package also includes administrative and server modules to execute the applications. The price for the package starts at $250,000 for enterprise-wide deployments.
