Article Abstract:
Topping-out ceremonies in the construction industry are a celebration of the structural completion of a building, but often workers are being excluded, as the ceremonies become marketing exercises to attract new clients. Standard topping out ceremonies can cost between 500-1,000 pounds sterling, with more elaborate ceremonies costing more, with the amount usually shared between the contractor and the consultants.
