The Marine Trade Association of Metro Atlanta and the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) have compromised regarding a Georgia state law that required boat manufacturers to buy back stock when a contract is terminated. The law has other provisions that the NMMA disliked, which are also discussed in this article.
