Article Abstract:
Factors that led to decline of market share of manufactured housing from 353,377 in 1997 to 130,802 in 2004 are examined. The need for proactive industry legislations and the current trends are also discussed. The likely trends in the industry are discussed and suggestions are offered to overcome the problems.
