Postal reform bill introduced in the senate: momentum building on Capitol Hill

The postal reform bill S.2468 introduced comprehensive legislation to reform the U.S Postal Service and is found to be similar to house bill, H.R. 4341. Both bills repeal a provision requiring that money owed to USPS to be held in an escrow account and the money to be used to pay off debt to the U.S treasury and various other reforms.
