True North subsidiary forms new direct unit

Marketing Drive Worldwide, a subsidiary of ad conglomerate True North Communications, has created e-Drive, which will offer integrated database, direct and digital marketing services. e-Drive will include Sierra Communications, a direct-marketing shop acquired by True North in 1999. The new company will allow True North to improve its interactive relationship marketing services. True North registered billings worth $14 billion through agency brands such as FCB Worldwide and BSMG Worldwide.

Brann opens Insight division
