Trust of DM remains issue for Hispanics

2005 Hispanic Report presented by the Direct Marketing Association based on a survey reveals that the Hispanic community of the United States has less trust on the companies that sells through direct marketing channels. The survey also reveals that the Hispanic consumers want to touch and see the item to assess product quality.
