Buyer beware
Article Abstract:
Buying a photocopier is an expensive undertaking and it is important to be aware of several unethical business practices that have been carried out by some dealers. Such actions have resulted in customers being tied in to long and costly contracts and paying high prices for products. Such problems relate mostly to leasing agreements. An overview of the most common problems associated with copier contracts is presented.

Buying or leasing?
Article Abstract:
High-volume photocopiers are expensive to buy outright and many users opt for a leasing company. A lease gives the customer the use of the equipment for a fixed term in exchange for a fee. Rental is technically similar to a lease but there is no fixed term and it can be more expensive than leasing. Other options to consider include copy plans.
