City cars
Article Abstract:
The Ford Ka is relatively expensive, at almost 8,000 pounds sterling but it is comfortable, has a good range of features, including power steering and airbag and is easy to drive so it has been judged to be the best city car in an independent test. The Seat Arosa is also a contender as it has good safety features and the best steering of all the cars tested. The Daihatsu Cuore, Perodua Nippa and Suzuki Alto all have good visibility, the Vauxhall Corsa has the best brakes and the Daihatsu Move has the most luggage space. The Perodua Nippa was the cheapest car, at 5,449 pounds.
