Features rundown
Article Abstract:
Wide format or AO photocopying machines offer a variety of features. Some machines need no warm-up time, whilst others take 20 minutes to warm up. The majority of machines have a test strip feature to enable users to produce a small part of a copy to test for quality. Others have automatic quality control. Most machines of this kind use media from a roll. Some machines can produce a mirror image. Some have job programs, which enable settings for repeat jobs to be programmed in.

Remanufacturing
Article Abstract:
High-volume copiers are very expensive pieces of office euqipment and one cheaper alternative to consider is a remanufactured machine. Such machines tend not to have the latest features and do not have such high copy speeds but they are substantially cheaper than new equipment. Manufacturers that offer reconditioned and re-engineered machines include Rank Xerox, Kodak, Canon and Oce.
