A best buy for entry-level users is Collabra Share, which has low implementation costs, with a 10-user system costing around 695 pounds sterling.

The US was formerly the leading advocate in environmental protection. In the years past, Europe and Japan have surpassed the US in supporting the environemental movements. The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 was the only significant environmental law passed, while a bill proposal on the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions to control global warming was rejected. In contrast foreign companies work side byside with their governments in technology research that will benefit environmental protection.
