A systematic guide for making a strong, clued-up complaint against a financial company in case it disappoints its customers is provided. The complaint should be first made to the company and then the Financial Ombudsman Service, which is an impartial body to judge the merits of a financial complaint, would deal with it and the best way to complain is to do it in writing.
