Mobile services
Article Abstract:
Mobile phone networks may offer additional services such as roaming and mobile data communications. Most mobile phones can be linked to a laptop, and most networks are moving towards mobile data, and are establishing special high-speed ISDN connections for fax and data applications. Networks are also developing services for large businesses with about 300 mobile users, such as dedicated cells, which improve coverage. Satellite phones provide global coverage.

Unsolicited phones
Article Abstract:
Mobile phone contracts vary widely and some may conceal hidden costs. Therefore it is essential that tariff details should be checked before any contract is signed. Companies which send out unsolicited phones may be reluctant to provide written tariff details and attempts to track them down may fail. Consumers should continue to shop around for the best deals and not feel pressurized by aggressive selling.
