Washing machines - from the high end of the market
Article Abstract:
Fifteen feature-filled, high-priced washers were tested and compared. Higher cost means more laundering options and bigger capacity, but not necessarily better cleaning. Three front-loaders (Omega, Ariston, Simpson) and 2 top loaders (Fisher, Hoover), costing $1,199 to $1,395, were rated 'best buys'.
