Economics and distribution in the greenhouse
Article Abstract:
Suggestions are presented to remove the neutral appearance of economic vocabulary when discussing environmental policymaking, which risk concealing difficult tradeoffs between economic growth and ecological conservation. These suggestions include an emphasis on developing countries, a total emission budget shared on a per capita formulation, and a compensation fund to help those negatively effected by climatic change.
