The new Israeli company law has adopted the democratic model and the principle of separation of powers for the governance of corporations. It provides information on different kinds of checks and balances in order to ensure that corporate governance does not become corrupt.

The Israeli approach to advertising: ethical and legal norms

The legal and ethical restrictions put on advertising in Israel are examined. The Israeli government takes a hands off approach in most cases and relies on market pressures and public reaction to censure those who advertise unethically.
