Decomposing technical efficiency and window analysis
Article Abstract:
Data envelopment analysis (DEA) and window analysis were used to follow the changes in Australian trading banks' pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency, and the nature of returns to scale. A declining average efficiency scores until 1991, followed by a steady rise thereafter were the results indicated by the analyses.

An empirical study of relative efficiency of the banking industry in Bahrain
Article Abstract:
A comparative study of efficiency of banks in Bahrain is made. Large size and profitability indicates higher efficiency. Higher the share holder participation more will be the technical efficiency of the banks.
