Did unilateral divorce laws raise divorce rates? A reconciliation and new results
Article Abstract:
Trends in and effects of divorce rates are discussed in relation to increase observed and attributed to the unilateral divorce laws during the 1970s. Developments over the decade and subsequent period are determined.
