Employment policy in a dynamic labour market: simulations using a multifirm flow model
Article Abstract:
Some of the widely held views with respect to cynical effects and employment policy, focusing on the employment and firm size and the interaction between flows on the internal and external labor markets, are illustrated. The outcomes obtained by the simulation experiments, that are somewhat at variance with received wisdom in cynical analysis and labor market policy, are presented.
