Equivalence and stability results for two forms of workers' enterprise facing imperfect labor markets
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to investigate cases where oligopoly or oligopsony could be discriminatory or nondiscriminatory. It was shown that in the case of competition among few companies in procuring labor, the equivalence principle is applied. Moreover, trends in entrepreneurial companies and in labor companies were compared after which conditions for equilibrium stability were determined.
