Ethical issues in contemporary human resource development
Article Abstract:
The study dispels the theory that activities of human resource management (HRM) personnel are devoid of any unethical or immoral attributes. The findings from Outdoor Management Development, Gestalt practioners and Neuro-Linguistic Programming models show that training and developmental activities of HRM are prone to unethical practices.

Business ethics in the Netherlands: a survey
Article Abstract:
The results of a survey are presented, that was conducted to study the type of integrity infringements and the ethical climate prevailing in Dutch organizations. According to the results, aspects of the integrity climate are least embedded in the Dutch organizations.

Analysing moral issues in stakeholder relations
Article Abstract:
A survey of business managers on their attitudes towards stakeholder relations revealed that there are at least 50 different ethical issues involved in dealing with different stakeholders, including the customers, investors, employees and competitors.
