Article Abstract:
Issues regarding a social preference models of equity (ERC) experiment are discussed. These include results of Bolton and Ockenfels' experiment, on how they tackled "willingness to pay" in order to get equality; and results of Fehr, Naef and Schmidt, on their claims of "relevance" of both efficiency motives and inequality aversion.
