This article examines how American courts have interpreted laws regarding corporate social responsibility and integrated risk management. Topics addressed include the philosophy of business ethics, the impact of globalization on corporate ethics programs, and how white-collar crimes are classified under the Federal Corporate Sentencing Guidelines.
