The survey details of National Federation of Independent Business on small business economic trends in the United States, which shows growth in job creation in market, GDP, capital spending and inventories and decrease in optimism index by 1.2 points for March, 2005 are discussed. The monthly wise trends of various issues like earnings, sales, prices, employment, inventories and credit conditions from 2000 to 2005 are illustrated. The questionnaire used for the survey is also presented.
