The outlook for business conditions, seasonally unadjusted, was analyzed for the period January 1986 to December 2003, which showed that the figure remained unchanged from November and was best since January 2000. It is reported that 55 percent expected the economy to strengthen over the next six months were up by four points and five percent expected the economy to weaken or unchanged.
