Police Blotter
Article Abstract:
Although the crime rate in Spain is lower than in Britain and France, the Spanish people are alarmed by the growing number of armed attacks. The Spanish police as well as the courts are being criticized. The interior minister opposes a proposed plan to unify the policy, and he himself appears to be losing the confidence of the police union.
