Private and public sector wages in Bulgaria
Article Abstract:
The determinants of wages of employees in the private and public sectors in Bulgaria using 1995 data are investigated. It is revealed that individuals have a lower probability of employment in the private sector if they have more experience, if they have higher education, and if they are ethnic Bulgarians.
