Selling online versus live

A study demonstrating that a seller choosing between auctioning online and live, prefers online as the transaction costs are lower against more rents left with the bidder online, is presented.

Auctions for split-award contracts

Input requirements of the buyer can be divided into primary and secondary contracts. Split-award contracts of equal size generate highest expected price.
