The percent borrowing at least once every three months is reported at 40 percent, which is up 5 points while a net 3 percent reported easy availability of loans, which is unchanged. Thirty-eight percent reported that all their borrowing needs are satisfied, up two points while 6 percent reported non-satisfaction, down two points with a net minus 4 percent expecting credit conditions to get better.

Article Abstract:
The statistical data for the small business credit conditions from the year 1998 to year 2003 are presented. Credit markets took a favorable turn as the monetary policy was favorable and however, borrowing had not increased appreciably in spite of increased profits for a few years prior to 2003.

Article Abstract:
The statistical data of small business credit conditions is presented month wise from the year 1998 to 2003. It was found that the outlook for credit markets was up two points since June 2003 with a net minus 4 percent of owners expecting credit conditions to improve.
