A survey is carried out to find whether the average selling prices of firmEs goods and services changed or remained the same. The findings indicate that average selling prices are higher in the service sector and lower in production and distribution.

The statistical data of small business prices is presented month wise from the year 1998 to 2003. The net percent of owners reporting higher average selling prices rose from one percent in June 2003 to two percent in July 2003.
