Steady state price distributions in a noisy search equilibrium
Article Abstract:
An analysis of how the use of the noisy search model can lead to non-degenerate price distributions is presented. Young stores price low to attract regular customers, while the old ones charge relatively higher to extract their search rents. A perfect equilibrium, where stores change their prices over time, is established when stores and customers act strategically. Assumptions were used in the analysis in order to come up with the results.

Bargaining in a non-stationary environment
Article Abstract:
An alternating offers bargaining model is studied in which the set of possible utility pairs evolves through time in a non-stationary, but smooth manner. It is shown that in the limit as the time interval between two consecutive offers becomes arbitrarily small, there exists a unique subgame perfect equilibrium.
