The survey details of National Federation of Independent Business on small business economic trends, which shows growth in optimism index by 1.6 points lower than November, the trends in job creation in market, capital spending and inventories are discussed. The monthly wise trends of various issues like earnings, sales, prices, employment, inventories and credit conditions from 1999 to 2004 are illustrated. The questionnaire used for the survey is also presented.
